Giving 3 stars because they were very helpful in getting me my loan and my payments were affordable. However, I paid my loan off the day a payment was due, I asked the lady if the payment would still be taken out of my account since I just paid it off and she said no. Guess what,3 days later my bank says i have a charger of 91 dollars from them. I call to see what's going on and I'm told the auto payment was taken out before I paid off loan. I go check my statements, my pay off was registered BEFORE the auto payment that I was told wouldn't come out that day, came out. Not very happy.

One main is a great place to get some quick cash in an emergency. I have used one main seval times for unexpected expenses. Interest is a little high but if your FICO score is not so great or your rebuilding your credit they dont treat your like an outcast they try to do all they can to get you the cash you need.

In a time of need the Ladies stepped up to help me going out their way to help and insure i had the things i needed in one day excellent compassion and very important part of Circleville

Will always be my go to place after dealing with other one main offices this one by far has been the best one! Will continue to come here when needed .
