This location I will definitely recommend everyone to go to . My customer Represenative who assist me was Justin he expressed he was very new he completed my application very carefully and was being trained by Moreen who was so patient with her co workers and customers she made sure I was very clear on everything before signing ! I walked in nervous the staff was so amazing and gave me a better understanding and gave such a great service this location definitely deserves more than five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience at this store. The process wasn't too long or difficult and the customer service skills was exceptional. The clerk Tina was amazing and patient and has the best smile😊. The entire team didn't make me feel like just another customer they made me feel like a best friend from school lol. Thanks ladies for the best experience and all of the laughs ❤️

Be very careful to go this place, they make you sign form and then saying that you don't qualify. I'm not sure if this is right or not, or why they put your info in the computer if they gonna say no. The lady on the first window ask for all information and bank statements, she copy all my stuff and seem that I was goin to get approved, she make me sign on my phone a acceptance form that I got from her. I didn't get any loan after or approved. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I file bankruptcy 7 years ago and i told the lady but she make me believe that i was goin to get approved so she put my information because i was gonna be okay, but no it wasn't like that, so please be careful and go somewhere else.

I call there first see if that can cash a certain check ,they told me yes ,(so kind and helpful), so i get the minutes after i call they all meet with kindness, then the lady i talk to on the phone is the one took care of me ,she got my ID/ references and call my phone, and 3 to 5 minutes had my cash and i going, thanks to dawn at check smart.
