Awful experience!! Quicken Loans used this company to get documents signed for the closing on a house I purchased. Because their title company is located in Michigan, they had to utilize an Ohio company to get the documents signed for the loan. The closing coordinator explained that her company closes all the Quicken Loans cases in the area because the "CEO of her company and Dan Gilbert are friends." The closing coordinator was unprofessional and disorganized. There were papers everywhere and she was visibly flustered. The coordinator complained about how far she had to drive to get to us after informing us that she would be unable to answer any questions as she was only there in a notary capacity. If Quicken Loans says they are going to use Optima Lender Services I would recommend that you request a different company. They are unorganized and unprofessional. After making the biggest purchase of my life, I would hope to feel confident about the closing process. I did not feel confident at all after closing with Optima Lender Services.

Do not use this company under any circumstance. That are unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent and incapable of getting anything done in a timely manner. They screwed up the closing on my business almost causing the seller to walk away. Optima was made aware of the extreme importance of closing on 2/15 yet they took their time and we ended up missing that closing date. They took a whole day to send me the final figures to wire which cost me another day. The next day I showed up at the bank at 10am to wire the money which should have been more than enough time for them to fax the documents to the bank but optima made no attempt to get it done in a timely manner. They ended up faxing the documents after 5pm to the bank was too late for the bank to release the money to the seller. The whole time optima did not communicate with me or the seller what was going on and they ended the day without even a courtesy call to apologize for screwing up. I do not recommend this company under any circumstance. Stay away from them. They will screw you over and not take responsibility for anything

Trying to understand how this company stays in business?!? I've closed a dozen or more loans in my lifetime and I've never seen this kind of incompetence and unresponsiveness!! STAY AWAY!! Unfortuantely Google doesn't allow ZERO stars.

WARNING THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, SLOW MOVING, CARELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, UNEDUCATED, THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY ANYONE CAN EVER USE FOR TITLE! NO ONE COMMUNICATES, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALLS BACK. THEY WILL GO OVER YOUR CONTRACT DATE AND MAKE YOU PAY ADDITIONAL FEES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU BUY A HOUSE DO NOT USE OPTIMA LENDER SERVICES !!!!
