Great service I was referred to this service through an online inquiry and I was very happy with the offer and the experience. The online application was simple and my loan officer Andrew was quick to call and follow up. He was able to pre-approve my loan amount over the phone. The in person visit was pleasant and it only took about half an hour to finish the process and e-sign the documents. I received my loan the next business day. I highly recommend this branch for your loan needs.

Every time I’ve called to get my payoff amount for the last two weeks, they say they’ll call me back and don’t. I’ve also sent emails to the corporate office and the main branch. No response. I am tired of paying interest because they won’t give me the payoff amount. Their website doesn’t tell you since they use pre computed interest. If I applied for a refinance I bet they’d call back.

I recommend One Main Financial as a preferred lender to use. The loan application process was easy and fast. They answered all questions and provided clarity of the loan details. Interest is high but when in need, the access to money is worth it.

Worst loan company ever!! They trick you into their loans, don't let you read over the contract, you just sign! And then when you get a bill that says you owe double what is due they lie to you and tell you that you don't really owe that much, but the bills still say you do!! I got a loan for $4800, paid back $3500, interest on it apparently is $3000 and should have been cut down by but it still shows I owe $4300!!! What the hell is that?! Scammers!! That's what these people are!! Don't get a loan from them!!
