I love how they work with me on getting me approved for my loan. They was patient with me and got me tooking care of.thank you for taking the time out to work with me. Everything worked out good.

Worst experience EVER they are very unorganized and unprofessional. Literally had me jumping through hoops on a pre-approval. I have never tried to get a loan before but was trying to build my credit and they were recommended. I will NEVER recommend them personally to anyone the process was a mess the agent literally emailed me over 10 times about what information to send and each time it was different. It was very stressful and time consuming. They say it takes 3 minutes for an approval and that's not true. This company is GARBAGE.

Geanie or jean I’m not quite sure the spelling. However she very rude had nasty tone and not helpful what so ever tried calling cooperate no answer. She discriminated towards me instead of helping and informing me of their policy she just spat her words at me as if I’m not qualified she would not listen. would not recommend at all #lawsuit

I was very surprised at the pleasant atmosphere of One Main Financial. My representative was friendly and attentive. We We talked about what I needed the loan for what I wanted to do with the loan and she was surprised that I came prepared as I did. It was a very nice experience and I would use them again.

Kevin was so helpful. I was able to put in my application and pick up the money in the same day. I always love doing business with One Main. They have the best employees.
