I’m an African American and Honestly she made me feel uncomfortable cashing my tax refund check. I’m a tax paying citizen. Just because my check is from Civista Bank she act like she couldn’t verify. It is a legit check. I’m not looking to make trouble then say it’s $1000 to cash my $10,000.00 check. No way I am out!!!!

Every time I come here the employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even if they are busy they always take a second to say hello to me, and when they’re able to help me they always do so in an efficient and friendly manner.

I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasurable experience . Staff is always very outgoing . Me love them long time. :)

Very high fees and interest. Full amount of your loan plus fees are due every payday. Will never use them again!

Horrible experience! Showed up at 11:30am and they did not have a dollar to cash checks with! I was forced to put money on one of there scam cards that will charge me for everything. What a scam
