I have to say this was the fastest stress-free experience I have ever had, when it comes to getting financing. From start to finish it took maybe 2 hours to get full approval. Sara was super friendly and easy to work with. She was extremely fast to call if anything was needed. She knew we wanted to pick up our new car today and she made that happen. Thank you again Sara for making this experience as easy as you did! I would definitely work with you again if the need arises.

We worked with Sara Mick (loan officer) who was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we got the best rates possible, and in turn saved us hundreds of dollars. Towpath's loan officer Sara Mick was friendly and professional in helping me secure a person loan for some home repairs. I joined the credit union on Friday and my loan was approved on Monday! Fast, courteous service at competitive rates. I've belonged to other credit unions in the past, but Towpath is by far the best I've seen!

Where do I begin. The last 2 weeks has been extremely stressful. Long story short, a deer totaled my vehicle and I needed a new family car and didn't have the time to wait. Sara Mick exceeded my expectations with helping me get my car loan and new vehicle. Her call back and response times to me were wonderful. Her clientele was also very friendly. She helped answer all of my questions in a timely manner as well. If I ever need any particular loan again she would be someone I would remember and reach back out to.

Exceptional service and communication when I was purchasing a newer vehicle! From very first contact, until even after the purchase, Traci Z was amazing to work with! She answered all of my questions, whenever I had any, and was very accommodating to answering both via email, and phone call. Absolutely a smooth process, and wonderful experience from the beginning!

I signed up as a member of Towpath Credit Union in the office in Fairlawn but ended up dealing with and communicating with Ryan at the Cuyahoga Falls Branch to purchase my vehicle and finance through them. Ryan was incredibly communicative and answered all my emails very quickly and got me a great interest rate that no dealership could beat. I ended up buying my car at Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls and as soon as I made the decision, we emailed the purchase order to Ryan and he got me a check within 45minutes. In all it only took me an hour and a half to look at the car, get the check through towpath and buy the car. It was the quickest, easiest, most pain free vehicle purchasing process I've ever been through. You can really tell that Towpath has it's members best interest in mind over their own.
