Check 'n Go, Dayton, OH

7/19 my account was paid in full. 8/12 they randomly took money out of my account. 8/31. Unfortunately, I had a lot of car problems right before vacation and right after. I paid off my loan early. The customer service rep didn't apply my pay off balance accurately. They took another payment out of my account serval weeks later. I've been waiting for a refund for several days. They told me that they cannot reverse the ACH, and that I would have to wait for a check from corporate. I called corporate to ask for a tracking number, and corporate told me that they had no idea what refund I was talking about, or what check I was talking about. No one can give me a time frame, or factual information about the money that was taken out for their error. I wouldn't trust these people with my bank account. 9/7 I still cannot get a straight answer from anyone about the extra money that was taken out "in error". They actually suggested I take out another loan, if I need money. Like I would ever do business here again. 9/13 I still can't get an answer about my money being returned. 9/27 No money has been returned. THIS COMPANY IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. I can see why . 10/20 I never got my mover back for their negligent incompetence.

Karen was so amazing and so understanding she did an amazing job helping me with everything definitely recommend her. She is definitely one of kind ♥️♥️♥️

Samantha was extremely helpful and very informative with every question comment and concern I could have asked. Her professionalism and genuine want to help made my experience very pleasant to say the least. If it was upto me I would put her in for a raise but unfortunately it is not but she is a great example of what a true customer service representative should be to a customer.

Ms Candace is wonderful she really helped when I needed it most and I recommend if anyone needs a loan to please contact her

I just need to say that Ms. Evette, was "EXTREMELY", kind after I had called the Check 'n Go on Linden Ave. I a told that it was by 'APPOINTMENT ONLY"! I briefly explained to her that our "GAS" was off and we NEEDED food. We were at the bank getting the paperwork needed. She made the "ULTIMATE" life changing choice to allow us to come into her office and give us the "LOAN" we so desperately NEEDED.. To Ms. Evette.. you are an ANGEL. Thank You so very much. Miss Sam was very professional, polite and courteous . I had some trouble locating the building being out of town. And she was quick to answer where I was still on time for the appointment. Strongly recommended
