I was sent to check smart on 11/29/21 bye Walmart because they no longer can refund your money back on a refund. Walmart don’t tell no one that . All Walmart’s are being investigated on that issue. I walk in check smart there was 2 ladies working they both act like I was not even standing there. They both kept working . Then Finally one lady said can I help you . I kindly explained my issue, and the lady that works there said I can not help you with that.. She said I know for a fact I can’ not give you your refund back . We just don’t do that. I explain to her that Walmart sent me here to this store and gave me this address. And said I can pick up my refund here. Times is going bye . It’s really getting close to closing time she wasted all this time. Her and the other coworker was giving each other face expression back and forth . I felt they just did not won’t to help me get my refund back. They was sitting there counting money ready to close the store. They was more concerned about counting there money and closing the store. The lady finally said let me call my manger , she act like she called someone. Then got off the phone and said we don’t have enough money to give you your refund. She could have just said we are getting ready to close. I fealt they was so unprofessional. They just was worrying about closeing the store. The reason I was trying to get my refund back because a person in my family was sick with cancer and there apartment cought on fire . They moved on another side of town. So I had to get the money back so they could pick it up at a closer location . I had to go to another check mart ,on another side of town and they helped me and was very professional . Gave me there card and told me to come back . And I got my refund. This store needs to hire better people with people skills and stop counting money until it’s time to close.. I was treated disrespectfully. they made me feel they just did not won’t to help me at all . They should have said we are closed. But they probably had 1/2 hr before they closed. Know one needs to feel like they don’t won’t to be wait on or treated disrespectfully. Check smart this company needs to hire professional people and treat people with respect learn people skills and how to talk to customers.

Walked in the store and paid my bill in cash. They still took it out of my checking account. 2 to 3 days for a refund. Until then they have left me with no money for food or gas. Not to mention it's 3 days before Christmas and I still have gifts to get too. They will not offer a cash refund, which is what I gave them to begin with. They did say I can get another loan and bring the money back within 3 days after that I pay them interest for money that is mine.

Good friendly tellers. Location is accessible.

They charge like $20 to give you cash same day. I go to another location that only charges five...

Terrible. Dont use this place. They are crooks. Changed policies recently. Read the fine print. Once they have your information they will continue to harrass you.

I’ve been going here for a year, the ladies that work there are some of the best and nicest people I’ve ever met! The store is always clean and that have such an inviting atmosphere!
