The staff are Amazing help anyway they can!! I had a loan with them and as soon as I paid it out of default within hours it was off my credit report!!

Its a Lose Lose situation.....you apply for the loan, get approved and then get charged $25 dollars to cash the check THEY Provide for the Loan. You had an option to cash the check at your bank, but most banks don’t cash those types of checks or you will have to wait 3-5 business days before the check clears. But the purpose of getting the loan is the have access to the money right then and there. Now since Covid-19, they are able to transfer the money to your account and you will STILL be charged a $25 fee on top of interest when you pay the loan back.....Yea! I’m not Fooling around anymore!

I had a very good experience here as a first time customer. I was new to the whole loan thing and having a rough day to say the least. Christy went above and beyond to help me.

The worst check cashing institution I have ever dealt with. The representatives in the store are rude and unprofessional. The people on the phone at the corporate office will assure you that your complaint goes no higher than them and will not connect you to a manager.

Its about 10 AM and 5 kiosks are empty out of 6, looks like only one employee working today. It seems like it is very slow at this location. About to go somewhere else if nobody does anything for me anytime soon.
