The representative for home loans was rude and short with most everything we said. Then continued to ignore what we were saying about the certificate of eligibility for a VA loan. Not once did I say the GI Bill was supposed to count as income. But somehow she got that into her mind and did everything to stop working with us. Just an overall lazy, arrogent and disrespectful. Julia Harris needs a different job if she's going to continue this.

If you are a veteran looking for a home loan, stay away!! They have no idea what they are doing. They barely listened to what we needed, they were rude and it was just an overall awful experience. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Friendly staff. They are quick and helpful in meeting your needs. Brad the president and lender of this branch is excellent to work with, his secretary is super efficient and their team and customer service cannot be beat! My husband and I are pleased to do business with this branch.
