Contacted Midwest about a personal loan to see what they could do for me. Jennifer Backhaus was just awesome to work with. She was thorough, quick, upfront and efficient. She got my personal loan approved and done in under half an hour. Paperwork took about all of 8 minutes. Then a few weeks later, I thought my APR on my car note was too high, called Jennifer, let her know. 15 MINUTES later I had another loan through Midwest at an AWESOME rate. Definitely working with Midwest as long as Jennifer is working there! A+++

Favorite place to bank. Been here a while now, but... why is it that the only office that opens at 8 is defiance? Just because it's a bigger town doesn't mean your time is any more important than the rest of us. Makes it real hard to get banking done on third shift, not going to sit for an hour waiting for them to open. Also, when is bryan going to get their own building? Tired of putting up with Walmart idiots.

If you can’t make it to the bank don’t bother… I am a trucker and banking hours don’t work for me. There website is incredibly inconvenient and their new system is terrible. I finally get logged in after an hour of trying to open a new account and their new page says “Open New Account Feature Coming Soon.” Would be five star if not for their online portal…

Usually have a great experience here. One of the loan officers is never any help and constantly disrespectful.

Had a defaulted debt with them. It literally took ours of my day for a few weeks to get it settled. As soon as They got my money They turned into totally different people. They did not mark my credit report as agreed. When I tried to talk to them about it they sent me a notice of no contact. A few hours later the defiance police called me. I never threatened them or cussed at them or did anything other than ask them to correct my credit report. The collection agency the use credit adjustments Inc from defiance used what I believe to be illegal collection practices. Absolutely ridiculous that I would have to contact the bank president who then slapped a no contact order on me for simply asking them to honor their agreement. FYI writing a review on a public website is not contact. I would highly recommend staying away from this bank. The way they treat their "members" who are suppossedly their owners is terrible. If you ever close the factory you work at and you lose your house you will get no sympathy from these guys only outragous fines and a lawsuit that will be sent to an address you haven't lived at in years so they get a default judgement against you. Please be warned
