Premier Bank, Defiance, OH

borrowers beware!!! this bank is terrible with money! they don't know how to handle escrow. customer service is non-existent. All I've done is make payments on time and this bank has given me more hassles than $300,000 is worth. screw premier bank.

waiting and waiting and waiting lol the service is great when I actually get to talk to someone other then that my experience has been fine!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I love that no matter what branch I have gone to the staff has always treated me like a neighbor. They've always gone above and beyond in helping whether it be personal or business banking needs. I highly recommend Premier bank for all your banking needs.

This is a great bank have had no issues with them since I started with them over 30yrs ago at least I think is been that long. It's still a great bank even though it changed its name from first federal bank to premier bank.

Called to check on my husband’s loan and they don’t want give me any information. My husband works over 20 hours a day and don’t have time to be in these long waiting machine calls. I thought it was a local Bank but guess it is one more of those big “I don’t care about you” banks

Since becoming Premier, they have started charging $7 for cashiers checks (used to be free for members), charging for cashing in coins (again, used to be free), and today their new website isn't mobile compatible. Seems like they don't want me as a customer anymore.

Had some complications with my bank card, however, the representative, Marilla, was very kind and friendly toward me and helped me fix my issue. It is very much appreciated, especially since I was very flustered before calling. Glad I chose to go through Premier Bank as my bank choice.
