Loan with them for 16 years and nothing they could do for us. Give zero stars if available..... Credit Union helped us with no issue... Terrible service.

Over my life, I've banked at a few institutes. First Federal Bank has been the best experience yet! Their on-line/app services makes banking work with busy mom life. I can deposit checks through a picture and upload to an app. I can pay my teenage baby sitter through their Pay-a-person app so there is no pulling out cash or writing checks. It goes directly to her account. It's made my life easier and that's why I give them 5 stars!

Our checking has been here for years. Recently, we were turned down for help by a local credit union, after just paying off a car loan months early. First Fed stepped up and gave us help we needed in buying our home for retirement. With half down, their help put us in a home that appraised at more than 3 times our investment. What more can I say? Thank You so much Cindy, and First Federal

They are the worst people in town. Hit you with non stop ridiculous fees. Any place is better than this.
