First Fed Delta, Delta, OH

This bank listens when others won't. We have been treated with respect, dignity and kindness each and every time! Trustworthy and smart especially with your mortgage, they do this better than anyone around!

One very rude clerk, not all. After going there for months about once a week I was told to leave and never come back for asking for change. Contacted the Manager and he could give a rats also. The cashier did not even explain why and I was as polite as could be allowing even other customers ahead of me. The other cashiers were embarrassed I could tell. I went to Farmers and Merchants down the street and was treated like royalty. All wonderful people working at that bank unlike 1st Fed of Delta.

Everyone at this bank (in both their Toledo & Waterville location) is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
