***wife & the marketing genius behind the illegal actions with my accounts are no longer with First Federal - First Fed has still not apologized to me*** Unreasonable fees and able to remove a name on a joint account without the other persons knowledge. This doesn't seem quite right?

Not a good place to do business with, employees are freely able to manipulate accounts. Oops, we "fixed" it was the BANK PRESIDENT Trent Troyer's answer.
