From the time i was with Nicholas Financial i have had nothing but great service everyone with in the business are excellent always very helpful if i decide to get another vehicle i will do my best to get Nicholas Financial

Chuck was great! The whole staff was very courteous.

Very rude customer service representative called me telling me my payment was late even though it is within the 10 days from the due date as stated in the original contract. She claimed I "could" be charged interest if not paid on the exact due date and there is no grace period. All false and completely opposite of the contract I still have from 4 years ago. Not a very customer friendly place. Every encounter I have had with these people has been negative even when inquiring on another potential loan I'll be glad when I never have to deal with these people again.
