Best pawn shop in ELYRIA! The women there go above and beyond for their customers. They also will work and negotiate on prices of the items they have for sale. I’ve purchased fire arms from them and never had any issues and the background process is quick and painless. They’re very clean, always smiling and they also have a 10 or best offer section where you can get some pretty decent items for CHEAP!! Thank you Cashland in Elyria!

Cashland in Elyria ohio is a pawn shop that absolutely will not negotiate on price for there item unlike just about every other pawnshop I have been to including other cashland locations also they are high priced for the area very unhappy with this

Me and my mom paid a visit to this location. We went in and my mother told them she wanted to buy a .22 or .25 mm handgun. One of the three female clerks said she didn’t feel comfortable selling her a gun because there’s no such thing as a .25mm gun. We left instantly. We didn’t feel comfortable buying a gun from uneducated gun sellers!!!

I stop in every week or so to see if they have any new games in. Prices are always fair or better. The people behind the counter are always nice and have even lowered prices on a game for me if they thought it was too high. Great store, recommend them 100%.

They can have 4 people behind the counter and still have you wait with no line. Some of the employees are a little too quick to jumping to an attitude which makes you feel uncomfortable with the job they are doing. A lot will have a conversation with each other before talking to you. They are inconsistent with loan items the accept because of limited space more and more. You will still have to go here though because there is no were else to go.

The attitude problem behind those counters are enough to make me never come back. I wanted to buy a gun, the background check took longer than expected, I backed out after the second time. When I came back the first time, she had to check to see if it went through. She’s like “I would have called you” She was very abrasive with me when I was just trying to make it to get my daughters off the bus. I thought I would have time. It never took this long before. I guess she assumed I was just impatient. The disrespect was inadvertent but still there. I won’t be back. I’ll stick to the one in Lorain.
