Nobody will answer the phone. They want you to leave a callback number but never call back. After 4 hours I called back and waited 21 minutes before someone finally answered. After answering all her questions l was put on hold again to talk to someone else and ask more questions. This phone call lasted 38 minutes all because I couldn't order checks on line.
