Does not conduct business in a professional manner once you’re not approved. Applied for a loan, was pre-approved for two different types. Please be advised I used the offer code sent to me via mail, as I was in need at the time. I received emails and contact very quickly after my initial application. After speaking to my loan advisor I was told that I did not qualify for 1 loan, but did qualify for another. The advisor stated she would send it for approval to their underwriting dept and would give me a call to update.I never heard back from the company via phone or email. I happened to check my online profile and found out that I was denied. I am not upset about the denial as it is a business and I understand. I am disappointed in the way it was handled and the lack of follow up. I even called and requested a call back to clarify and never received any contact from them. Just be prepared if it happens to you, and if you notice a complete switch in there customer service.

Both ladies were really nice.

Was good, fees a lil high. But in all was quick and easy. Will share with others.
