Do Not Use Them. Ridiculously low and unfair pricing, customer experience will be based upon color of skin. Appalling.

I brought in some gold for a short term loan. They were busy and folks were being rude. Not to mention the one of the two employees was training. However the woman welcomed, said there was another person ahead of me and was very friendly. When it was my turn she was really nice and efficient. I thought she did an awesome job. Fingers crossed it goes that well when I pick up my items. Although I'm quite certain it will.

I would never recommend or go back to this whole ever again they think everyone is on Crack and offer cracking head prices ,this place no good

I have been going to Cashland in Fairfield, Hamilton and even Woodlawn for several years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, very professional especially the managers at all 3 places. I have bought a few things but mostly pawned many items. Never any issues never any problems. They treat me so nice and seem to really care about their customers. I myself have been in customer service for many years and I will only go we're I know I will be treated with respect and professionalism. 5 stars all the way!!

Very helpful, professional, and most of all sympathetic. I had the pleasure of working directly with the manager. She's very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable when having to pawn your treasured belongings. I will definitely go here again.

Purchased a Harman kardon speaker I specifically asked if it held a charge and they said yes. Took it home and it did not. Return the next day and they said because I didn't buy the warranty that I'm out of luck. You lied. Why don't you offer a warranty for that. I've spent thousands in your store. I'll certainly never return.

They sell Crack. game systems game systems that are already logged in no storage. The workers are very rude and hostile arrogant. Well manager will say that you broke the game taking pictures of you as if you’re guilty because she didn’t put it in the right plug to plug it up don’t standby warranty. Says warranty in expired three days.

Needed to get something out of pawn call them. Told them I would be there at 6:00 and they locked the doors 10 minutes early because they didn't want to do it. Never pawn anything here
