i purchased a used truck from a used dealership, ran into a snag with the first lenders (even tho i had a 700+ score) and got sent here afterwards by the dealer. they accepted me right away and got me the loan but told me that the best they could do was around 25% interest. i ignorantly assumed that was the best i could get for my situation and accepted it. fast forward a year and a half, i try to get the loan refinanced because of the insultingly high interest rate. they inform me that they cant help me because of the age and miles on the vehicle. They also inform me that they dont and never did offer ANY loans under the 25% they offered originally. A very convenient thing to leave out when i was signing everything. i never would have agreed to this terrible deal if i knew i could get a better one elsewhere. The attitude from the person explaining this all to me like i should have known better definitely didnt help either. i got hustled. i cant wait to get out of this nightmare. (edit after response- i dont see what contacting you guys a second time is going to do and i already signed paperwork anyways so unless you wanna give me back all that interest money i gave you guys you wont really be helping me out)

Mary and the rest of the staff said yes, when others turned me down. I hope to be able to do business with them again.

I really like Lendmark. My friend and I have made several loans with them. Jeff is a great manager, as well as the district manager Mr. Schmidt. They helped us when we needed it the most. Mary, and the rest of the staff are very nice , also! Thanks Lendmark

My credit was not the strongest, but Lendmark Financial was able to quickly supply a favorable offer. Cooper, my Loan Rep and Jeff, Branch Manager (Fairlawn, OH) treated me with five-star customer service. Jeff went the extra mile and contacted my auto insurance company informing them the load had been paid off. This saved me valuable time having to provide said documents myself. Started off good told me I was approved for a car. The next day told me I didn’t make enough when I make 2800 a month to finance a $4000 car. With 1000 down and a 680 credit score. After I paid for insurance. I would let Dollar General finance me before them.

I highly encourage you check elsewhere. Company lacked professionalism. Promised to call back after information was gathered, but did not. Required you to call them back and follow up. Took multiple phone calls to company to get anywhere. They offered us a loan at a MUCH higher than any other auto lenders. Total waste of my time.
