Premier Bank, Findlay, OH

Before Premier took over, First Federal employees were great! The new employees don't listen when I ask for specific bills, etc. This has been numerous times. I'm getting to the point that I'm thinking about switching!

Blonde lady always gives me problems rather comeing up with new rules to refuse me service and the window or closing the closed blinds right in my face while looking into my eyes when I had a question after I received my money. Save urself the bad service and go to the two other banks in town

New blonde girl is kind of rude and impatient with guests. Everyone else is super friendly and the manager always greets me with a friendly smile!

Moved to First Federal several years ago when my former bank in town, obviously threw good service and maintaining a knowledgable staff out the window. I would rate all personnel that I have had the opportunity to work with at First Federal as outstanding when it comes to knowledge, service level, prompt attention, and level of courtesy.

Same bank as the multi million dollar company i work for so its honestly the only bank i trust anymore.

Jennifer was so helpful and pleasant with my elderly mother! She took the time and thoroughly explained/answered all of her questions and made her feel comfortable.
