Horrible customer service! Lady was very rude when we first came in, then we sat and looked at the wedding rings for 20 mins and nobody came over to ask if we needed help or would like to try them on. I can’t buy a ring if I don’t know if it fits.

Under new management They treat people the way they should be treated . Polite and knows the struggle we all go through. My personal saying Treats one like a cousin on your momma's side but professional.

Owners are rude . Take your items to places they actually know value . They are asking 10 for mass produced games that are only worth 5.00 You try to help her understand not all xbox one ps4 aren't worth 10 each she becomes snooty and rude with snide comments. I wont be back. If your selling game systems there is a local game store not far from this location . Take your stuff there at least they know what the items there buying are worth.

These people have been really good to me professional no haggling straight up loans that you wish to take up and very good customer service no complaints they do go the extra step to proceed to get you the maximum loan for your item

The people there are very nice. Just horrible deals. I've stopped by my 4th time of the year to see if they had any items they could make a good deal on and nothing. They used to work with me all the time. Just go to the flea market if you want good deals. This place is now asking ebay prices just with out the shipping. They advertise like they can make good deals. It's not the case. They won't work with you. And want to sell there stuff overpriced. This will be my last visit to the store. Sad to see this place turn this bad. No good deals at all anymore.

DO NOT GO THERE. AVOID. Had Steiner catt binoculars. Kept asking if I want to sell or pawn, over and again. African-American lady finally came out and said they weren't interested. Was she negotiating if I came back? I read reviews some were good. Must have been family and friends. Looked at inventory, some looked to be on last legs. But new prices..! DO NOT GO THERE. Since they changed management this place has gone completely down hill . the new manager has a real power trip problem because she undermines her employees treats them badly and Only offers 5 dollars for new PlayStation games and 50 dollars for 60 inches TV’s . There is no chance I would ever go back there and it’s all because of the new black female manager. We spent over 1,000 over the past year in that store and I won’t spend another dime there because of that new manager she is awful . If could give it 0 stars I would !!!! Smh !
