When we first walked in the door for our appt. no one greeted us, or acknowledged us. Our appt went well though once we finally worked with our agent for the initial consultation. However, once we found a home and started the loan process they seemed disinterested and unable to work with us. Their underwriter took a great deal of time before determining our potential property was ineligible for backing due to its "unique character" as it had tin siding. Would not recommend wasting your time with this lender.
