If you want to get ripped off when selling something come here, took over 2600$ in merchandise here they offered me the top price of 200$. They then proceeded to lie to me and say they sell everything at half price off retail and can only give people1/4 of the retail price in order to make money. When you look at the prices they are selling stuff for it’s a lie cause most of the stuff they are selling is close to retail prices. You will have a better chance on getting more money selling on Fb marketplace

Very rude to first time customers. Sold sterling silver earings as GOLD for $225 and wouldn't make it right. Cashland is just CashAmerica with a different name. Same parent company. I give this place 3 months before it closes its doors permanently.

Very rude! The lady didn’t put a return policy I asked for on a necklace and refused to help me out! Throwing my receipt back at me just very rude and the assistant manager should be fired as well !! I’m calling their corporate representative!

Hire new staff or just shut the place down. Y'all are rude as hell for no reason. Eat me.

I have gotten better customer service from my toilet. When I want to spend my money in your store you dont need to act like you are being forced to help me against your will. Rolling your eyes and a short attitude is more annoying than just not being serviced.

The ladies working were very nice. But they offered me $130 for a $1000 camera with accessories. I don’t know if they weren’t educated at how professional of a camera it was or not. I got an Apple Watch here once too and it was locked couldn’t use it.

I usually just go in to browse, but I almost always leave with something. I've bought a number of different things in there from a cricut machine to a mini air fryer, and I love them all. I would've spent way more buying in store 🙃 …
