My wife and I were making the purchase of our dream boat and we are self employed. It’s not always easy getting financing - especially for a transaction as large as this. Ashley and Susan went to work for us and it was frustrating and sometimes we wanted to throw in the towel but they got the loan approval! We know that this would not have happened without their tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile for us. There is no way to adequately express our thanks and appreciation for the work they put in. If I could give it a negative star I would. When it comes to protecting your private information they are seriously at a breech. They required documents for verification and have no encrypted secure portal to send sensitive documents. In addition they tend to lose documents and request the same document 2 or 3 times. The staff is rude and short when calling to inquire about anything. In addition the closing process was delayed due to a lack of communication with the title company and sending required paperwork to the title company in a timely manner. Teresa blamed the title company and refused to take responsibility for her lack of attention to detail. I would recommend you look somewhere else if you are considering using them to finance your home.

I like the service and i received an excellent auto loan rate. No on-line or electronic payment available. I hope there patient when it comes to snail mail?!?!

The bank itself is great in person always kind and fast. But i "try" to use the online banking ,as i used online banking a lot before with another company, and it seems like it is down or having technical problems more then it is actually working. Then when you are actually able to log in you have several "technical difficulties" where it will decide to just not load the page entirely. Fix the online problems and i would say 5 star but till then i bare with them because i like the local staff.

They almost cost my dad a lot of trouble when they tried to convince him that they thought he had fraud on his account and stopped the payments. And gave me a big hassle when I went down there to find out why his car repair payment didn't go through after he already picked up the vehicle. I already tried to talk and instead got yelled at and kicked out.

If you’re wondering if you should bank with this bank… DON’T!!!!!! They approve & deny whatever payments they choose which is INSANE!! If you have bills on autopay, this is NOT the bank for you!! I’ve been late on a few things because of this bank denying payments!
