So I couldn't make it by closing on the day of my loan so one of the girls agreed to make a weekend appointment for me the next day as it was my only day off for the 10 days. Just thought that was outstanding customer service.

Employees were a blast. They new the answers to everything. Very professional, but at the same time made me feel relaxed.

They have caller ID and apparently when I was calling decided to put the phone on answering machine. I had to go through the corporate office to get through to them?

Don't do business with them it was good at first but then it got bad I went down there 3x asking for my payment to be taken out of my bank account they first said no problem sign this request paper thank God they still sent me a paper copy in the mail that's how I found out it wasn't so I had to go there second time that's when they said they couldn't find the paper work still made me pay the late fee the next month found out it still wasn't being taken out went back up there talked to the manager told her I already been here twice for the payment to be taken out of my account still had to pay the late fee and to find out there was a conformation email that I had to confirm even though I went there in person to and made the request myself and the conformation email has a 15minutes expiration on it but there solution to the problem is to tell you to get the app and pay online which if you update your phone the app locks you out so now I'm being sued for nonpayment because they refused to take the payments out of my bank account

They would send me emails and even ask over the phone if I would ever need any assistance in funds, to let them know.."we're here for you".Been a long time customer and try to pay my monthly payments on time, ask for another loan to help pay off some bills and was denied. So.. I wasted my time and effort applying for another loan. Guess they don't live up to their word! They're nice and treat you well, however, don't think I'll ever be going back in the future. They will most likely, definitely lose me as a customer.

The ladies were amazing,helpful, and very professional. Helped me with all my questions and concerns. Wish I knew that office was there a long time ago,would done all my loans threw them.
