First Federal Bank of Ohio, Galion, OH

Unable to give "0" star. Been banking with them for over 30 years. Had to call in to raise my limit on my debit card. Very politely, they wanted to know why. Not that it was any of their business, but so I could get my new tires, alignment, and a tie rod fixed on my car. I was told "No". That it had been raised too many times this year. NOT this week. NOT this month. THIS YEAR!! I work out of state and don't want to carry cash. I use my debit card for all purchases so I'm able to keep track of my spending. I WILL NOT BE BANKING HERE AGAIN.

I don't normally give anything 5 stars.. but I love this bank. I've had my accounts with them for years and they have always treated me with trust and respect. This seems to be a rare quality with banks these days... They also have the best interest rates on loans that I have seen. Shop around and and then come back to these guys and you'll see what I'm talking about!

It sucks, even long-standing customers are treated as if they are criminals trying to withdrawal their OWN money. The blue-hairs behind the counter need to learn common customer service. Not to mention stupid policies where a customer won't get updated cards to be able to access their own accounts. Choose any other bank.

Horrible bank. They limit your transactions on card. Make you feel like a criminal for spending money online and withdrawing funds. If you do alot of business online don't bank here. If you use your debit card as debit they charge you a fee.

It's an average bank. Needs to be brought into the 21st century though. Very old fashioned.

Great customer service, no matter if I go to a branch or main office. We are fortunate to have a local bank that is as involved in our community as they are. Thank you.
