Great place to bank with. If getting a loan, they are very helpful and make the process quite easy. Sometimes the Bucyrus Road drive-thru is a little understaffed but overall it's not bad. Going inside gets you quick and friendly service. I'd recommend them.

Had a problem with my account and a lady there who called me had the audacity to call me stupid and yell at me over the phone. But was all nice to me the second time she called me, I will be switching banks as soon as possible

Terriblw service, staff is extremely rude, they take more money from me the i actually put in the account
