The new location is not as crowded as the previous location. I recommend them to everyone for their tax and financial needs. They have handled our taxes for many years. Professional, friendly staff that are always willing to go out of their way to meet your needs. Ms. Betty is Wonderful to work with!!! This year we had a new lady do our tax prep and she was very easy to work with and very informative.

I normally have a great experience the past two years. This year I took my paperwork in a couple days in advance and received a call it was done. 2 days later I went in to sign my taxes and they were done wrong. The lady who had prepared them wanted to argue with the guy who was closing mine instead of coming directly to me and asking basic questions so she could redo them quickly. I was then picked over multiple times. It took TWO hours for them to fix the problem and my tax paperwork. The guy closing apologized many times but I felt all in all it was very unprofessional.

I love the new location of loan central. Very nice and not at all crowded like the plaza location. Great tax service. Use them every year. Very nice and courteous tax professionals as well.
