Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Georgetown, OH

This bank consistently falls short on services, I have been an account holder for almost 3 years, since then Ive been told that they didnt have enough money to cover a 3800 dollar withdrawal which led to me having to pay a 3% transaction fee on a very large purchase using my debit card, not one time did they offer to reimburse me. I went there for a notary in the middle of the week in the morning for a notary they didn't have that. I had a withdrawal in my account that was clearly a mistake by the company and returned immediately I still took 143$ worth of overdraft fees which were never reimbursed although the company called the bank and specifically agreed that it was a mistake. Its one thing right after another with this bank. Done with their services or lack of is an understatement not very happy at all with them.

Will change their policy and not tell you. I have a VA account and things that nobody said anything about changed. Not very professional
