Ruoff Mortgage, Granville, OH

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ruoff, and my contact there, Dawn. She went above and beyond the call of duty during my entire extended (spent 3 months "in contract") home buying process. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer to my question immediately, then she would seek out and get the answer for me. I would highly recommend Ruoff to anyone considering a home mortgage without a second thought. If Dawn ever decides to leave the company, the folks at Ruoff better throw some money at her to keep her around - she is an absolute asset!!

Julie was wonderful to work with and helped guide us through the whole process. Several staff members from Ruoff emailed us to check in during the process, send reminders of documents and signatures needed to help keep us on track to closing on our house as quickly as possible. The App made it easy to check off everything needing done and being able to view all documents submitted.
