She went over everything I needed and we were able to do most everything through emails until the day of the closing. On the day of the closing she had all the papers ready to go and it went smoothly. Thank you for all your help!! We love our new home.

I literally hate this bank. Be ready to balance your check book every day because their instant balance is a joke and is never accurate. Not even close. They have never once gave me an accurate balance on my account. They say u get a percentage of non pin transactions, yet have yet to see this happen. Bank is very out of date and behind on times. U can't contact them unless u contact them over phone and during business hours. Very insufficient on keeping balance up to date and then charge reduculouse fees. So be ready to balance that checkbook everyday. Annoying and inconvenient. The worst banking experience I've ever had and I can't wait to get my direct deposit going elsewhere and to be done with greenville federal.
