We have been looking for the right house to buy and one come on the market. Our Realtor recommended Performance Mortgage as they were local. I called them and spoke with the owners John and Kristina then worked with Alyssa. From the first call we closed on the new house in 13 days. We also put our current house up for sale and they helped that deal move along fast also. I read the average mortgage can take 30-40 days so Performance Mortgage doesn't mess around.
