Eagle Loan, Grove City, OH

I NEVER leave reviews, as I think they're overdone in this day and age. However!! I totally have to let yall know about Brandon at Eagle Loan in Grove City. Not only does he provide excellent customer service, (As does Tyler, btw) Brandon goes above and beyond to accommodate his customer at all costs. I am disabled, and was not able to transport my wheelchair in the vehicle I used to go to Eagle. Brandon said 'No worries' and came outside to the car to allow me to complete paperwork. It may not seem like a big deal to anyone else, but to me, it meant so much. Thank you, Brandon! If you are in the market for a loan, Eagle in Grove City is the only way to go. They genuinely care about their clients.

I got referred to this company from another major lending company and so like every other lending company I figured it was the major company’s way of sending me to a partner who was just going to put me through the same extensive and long application process just to deny me and add another ding to my credit. But when they say they make loans with people not credit scores, they could not be more right. I’ve never been through a smoother, easier, simpler, and more professional yet friendly process with a company and especially a leanding company. They truly are there to and want and try to help you out and get you a loan and the one you’re asking for and needing. Brandon and Tyler were also some of the nicest and friendliest and actually legit helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I initially called into their office to talk about my loan options and the realistic chances of them approving and getting me the money and amount I need and to make sure I wasn’t just wasting my time per usual. Tyler answered my first call and not only did he give me an honest answer, but he put the extra effort to get me approved for as close to what I needed as possible. And within not even 10 minutes and after a few easy straight forward questions and them actually working with me, Tyler informed me that all that was left was for me to come in and give them my last couple documents so they could make copies and I would’ve a check in my hand. And by God it actually freaking happened and I didn’t have to sit and answer more questions and fill a mount of paperwork out. They went over the final terms and conditions and papers to finish up very quickly and efficiently and thoroughly making sure I understood anything I had questions about. 10 minutes after I walked in their door, I walked out with my check in hand. Will only recommend Eagle Loans and Brandon and Tyler to anyone who may be looking or need a loan for an emergency or debt consolidation or for anything for that matter! If I could give them 100 stars I would, the service and experience was that great and easy. Well done and big thanks to the guys at Eagle Loans!!

I was reluctant to try, but the gentleman at the Grove City location made it easy! He was kind, professional and had me approved in under 20 minutes. He also had everything ready by the time I reached the office. Not to mention, that the office was very clean, the pen came directly out of the package and I noticed they had sanitizer and were wearing mask! My experience was nothing short of amazing. Thank you! I was referred to eagle loans,and was treated so well!! The guys were friendly and fast,I was in and out,with no problem. I would absolutely recommend them!! And they gave me two footballs for my twins!! They are great,fast and friendly.

Tried a few different places to get a loan, no luck. No one gave me any information on anything. Was told about this company. They walked me through my options and what I was able to get. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my loan, including staying after they were closed to insure the process wasn't delayed since it was my only free time to be able to go in. I will recommend these guys to anyone who says they are looking into getting a loan. Five stars, hands down.

Brandon was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly! I applied for a loan online, he called, had me approved in a less than 10 minute phone call, and when I came to sign the documents I was in and out in 10-15 minutes with the funds already in my account. They also kept the two young children with me entertained by turning on their TV for them while I signed the documents. I can't say enough good things about this place!! Will definitely continue using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!!
