Lendmark Financial Services LLC, Grove City, OH

My husband applied for a loan against his 401k with Lendmark almost two months ago and was approved. He has yet to receive the money and has been calling multiple times a week to get no answers as to why it hasn’t been paid out yet or when it will be. This is absolutely unacceptable. The loan was for an emergency expense, we paid for that out of pocket while waiting on the loan, and since we have yet to be reimbursed now we are financially struggling. The stress of this has been overwhelming and I would absolutely not recommend dealing with Lendmark to anyone.

These Folks are Awesome to work with. Easy, very respectful. I met Amber their office manager, A rep Brittany who was awesome..!!, And their regional manager was in as well, They all were Nice friendly people, and they were extremely professional, Just Good People to deal with!! It's Truly getting hard to find these qualities at most businesses, especially with every employee. I Highly recommend these folks. 5 stars.

The team here is very kind and will work with you on a hard time. I’m going through a transition in my career and they have helped me out. Definitely recommend because they do care about helping people out.
