The teller was rude. I’ve been coming here every month doing the same thing and she told me I couldn’t submit a deposit without the slip from my landlord. I’ve been coming here 6 years. She definitely talked down to me. If the other bank had better hours, I wouldn’t come here

Ridiculously long wait times, literally the slowest Bank in Butler county Ohio.

Everyone at this bank is nice except the lady with long brown hair that usually does the drive through she I cocky i will be switching banks soon. Get some compassion or don’t act like your better than everyone else.

I went in for a new debit card and found out all the account types are changing where there will either be a monthly fee or I couldn't use their bill pay for free or I had to use my debit card 30 times, or some nonsense. When I asked for disclosures or terms and conditions, the banker couldn't provide any, which was troubling. I have worked in finance for 12 years, so I knew those were required BEFORE I changed my account tyoe. Apparently, they will give you a free gift on opening a new account worth $19.99, but I'd rather just have my account stay the same. Also, this has to do with the Mainsource acquisition, which makes little sense to me. First Financial used to be a Hamilton-based bank and my family has banked there since the beginning of time. We're all looking elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I were super done with our bank and their lack of explanation of fees...we came into this bank and met new manager Brittany. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did not have to wait at all! Best of all I walked out with a new debit card I can use very next day. Brittany is awesome and doesn’t offer things you don’t need or could never afford 😝

Great friendly service. Been banking with them for years
