Premier Bank, Hicksville, OH

This bank came highly recommended by a friend and someone I work with, so I decided to open an account 2 weeks ago as a "tester", needless to say it hasn't even been a month and we are on strike 3, they told me checks drawn off their bank would clear same day, that was a lie, then the deposit was declined on a minor technicality, and now I have to travel home costing me a days work (the value of the check) to get the original check and deposit it in my other bank to get my money. Thank you but ill keep my personal and business checking with Chase.

If I could give zero stars I would. This bank is the WORST! I had a small debt to this bank because I was unemployed and they refused to put a hold on my account until I got a new job and there was something that kept taking money out of my account and I couldn't figure out what and the bank refused to tell me so I could stop it. I paid the debt off last month and closed my account only to get a letter in the mail today saying that I still owed them the amount I paid off and that they were going to send me to collections. Now I have to find a lawyer because I REFUSE to pay that debt twice. If you bank with this bank I suggest you leave and find a new bank before they screw you too.

on several occasions now I have had some one try to use my debit card without me knowing about it and every time First Federal Bank caught it and stopped payment each time called me to verify if it was me or not and never did I have to worry about paying for it. this service is amazing to me and I love being a First Federal Bank member. the people are super nice and pleasant to deal with every time.

First time at this branch and theTeller was very rude to me, not friendly at all!

Talk poorly about their customers for asking for help.

Totally rude teller at the drive up window. Very unprofessional. Funny how you need to show your identification when cashing a check but never when making a payment. I was told, well I don’t know you, my answer was I don’t know you either. I’ll stop back when someone else is working. Not a people friendly person working there.
