The Killbuck Savings Bank, Howard, OH

Friendly service by a trusted community bank. I had planned to take some time during the day to open an account and when I arrived at the Howard branch there's a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed due to short-staffing. I didn't love that! So I called the ladies inside and asked when they'd re-open or whether Danville was open. The teller said she could help me open the account through the drive-through. I filled out the paperwork, she copied my ID, and I ran some errands before she called to say the computer work was done and I could return to sign off on the papers. She even gave me the "free gift" (flashlight) through the drive-thru drawer. I appreciate that Killbuck Bank continued their service despite the doors locked due to shortstaffing.

The older tellers that work there come off extremely prejudice and we're very rude. They refused to take my girlfriends application for an account there and also refused to cash our stimulus checks which app banks are required to cash. Zero stars.
