OneMain Financial, Ironton, OH

Amy was awesome! She got me approved for my loan.. 3 different times! I was going to finance a motorcycle and she got me approved. I changed my mind 3 different times....but she was more than happy to help me out. I finally found a bike that I wanted so I called her and she was right on the ball and took care of me. I'm glad I found these people to deal with. Great atmosphere, friendly people. Thank you Amy! I LOVE my new bike! And so does my wife!

One Main Financial are scam artists. I am looking into how my loan has gone down none after 3 years of payments. Trust me stay away. They lie, I paid for disability so for surgeries etc my payment would be covered, on Monday I was told I had to be in hospital 7 days, today they said 10, now I read my contract and it's neither it's how long your off work medically. Any benefit I try to use they give a reason why I can't. But they charge me for these benefits. They prey on people who need money and I am going a legal direction. They are the type of business if you talk to them Monday they will call non stop all week even after you talk to them. When other customers are not in there they gossip and make fun of them. This is the only review (negative) I have wrote on any business. Please listen to me. They are only trying to prey on you at 33 percent interest and that was with a down payment. Luckily my credit in 3 years is way different but I just do not want to see you pay on a loan for a lifetime. Their middle name is One Main"Fees" Financial.

Very friendly staff and low payments. I've been with them since they were known as springleaf. Would definitely visit Ironton branch on 93 again. I can't speak for other branches.
