Lakeview Federal Credit Union, Jefferson, OH

Don't join! I was a member for 9 years, I've tried applying for 2 car loans over the last 5 years and both were turned down. I went to Co sign for my son thru his credit union. His CU took my credit information and offered to lower my interest on everything I have. They bent over backwards tying to get my loans. I took that back to Lakeview and asked why they weren't interested in or even offering the same service. I went thru several phone calls and emails only for them to deny me again. Somethings not right with the way they do business. They happy took my deposits and savings but wouldn't do anything for me besides send me spam life insurance weekly. I even talked to a so called VP who said she worked closely with the CEO. Stay away from this bank if you're looking for more than a checking account or savings. They don't actually offer any service. I make a good wage and have good credit, Not sure how a Credit Union that I banked with for 9 years can not offer me the same services and someone I've never heard of or done business with.

Been over 2 weeks, still don't have my debit card. And bank has no weekend hours, so I can't make a deposit that way. Always fun to have a bank that you can't access.

Most friendly and they all know me by name❤ love them all !! I'll never change credit unions...been with them forever...
