Frustrating because things weren’t clearly explained by the worker who was very unprofessional. Not only that but they began talking about me amongst each other prior to my leaving the building. Horrible service. Lesia who is the manager doesn’t need to be a manager bc she doesn’t even know what happened and yet treated me like I was just another number. Do better

I had a problem with my card, I called the West 117th store and told Lesha the teller she told me to come in, I have to say she helped me out so much, explained everything in detail to me, she is absolutely wonderful and so very friendly!! Thank you Lesha

Have been a customer unfortunately for long awhile. Was not made aware of the limit to extend your loan til today and asked personally why I keep extending. Took my taxes there and found out later my city taxes wasnt done. So now Im late filing this. And if it wasnt for R.I.T.A telling me, I would have thought I was ok. So a limit on extending my loan too much is an issue, yet there was no problem taking my money everytime. Great personality in there so I m not mad however I am so grateful for being put on spot about my finances that the next pickle Im in will not result in me taking my business there for a loan. Sounds like these loan spots are turning into financial advising businesses. After I payoff. I'm done.

Giving Credit Lines now, DON'T DO IT, IT'S 150 bucks just to open the account, you pay an annual 150 they split up each month to 17 bucks or something over 12 months, so you not only have to go there twice a month to make a payment on what you borrowed and then the monthly 150 split up over 12 months, on top of that it's 5 percent cut for them to cash check and 10 percent each time you pay what you borrowed, complete scam, you're better off getting a 0 percent credit card, my problem was, i'm already in credit card debt and didn't want to make it worse by increasing the limit, i thought it made sense but man I was wrong
