Unified Bank, Lancaster, OH

Been banking here since college. I have always had a great experience. However, they need to change their hours on their website to match reality. The drive thru on Wheeling St. says it's open until 1pm on Saturday's & I got there about 11:50 am & they were closed

Charise was very helpful in opening accounts to receive proceeds of a complicated trust....if I ever have a question she is right on it....one of the most helpful staff I can ever recall in a bank in 45 years...you have a good one here!

I'm an or truck driver had pulled off street and had pulled money to pay my help for the day. Helps vehicle was in the exit of the drive thru and nobody was at the drive thru or anywhere behind us. I was paying my help and getting directions out of town. A employee of the bank approached me and told me we were blocking a fire exit. I explained that I was getting directions and was paying attention if anyone was coming behind us. Said we will leave asap. She started to walk away and stopped and said "in other words, if you're not doing bank business GET OFF THE PROPERTY!!" My help left and I then confronted her about her rudeness and she then proceeded to tell me that she was having a bad day..... No apology, just having a bad day. Very disgusted in the way I was treated! Wasn't treated much better when I called their office either.

Great Bank, Great Staff, Great Branch Manager, Quite a few of my fellow Retired Military Friends ask why don't you bank with USAA and I tell them there is no reason to I have the best Bank there is.

The ladies here are amazing!!!!! I would Not want to bank anywhere else!!!!

i have banked here since they opened charisse is top notch and so are most of the staff i've encountererd banking there
