Staff if friendly and polite. They get to know their customers. Very helpful if an unexpected charge occurs to the account. Although the one dilemma and I to have with Gitst Federal is their website for online banking. Don’t get me wrong their mobile app is nice and informative, but when you go to their website to balance your checkbook not to par. They did an upgrade to their banking pages I believe they’ve gotten difficult to maneuver through. Before you could see your pending charges of each merchant/autopay etc. Since the changes you have to follow a 3-step process to see which charge is pending. Bottom line: their upgrade is worse than it was. Didn’t need upgrading.
