Cashland, Mansfield, OH

The older black lady that works here is unfriendly and rude. I don't know her name or I would use that as a descriptor. She may have autism or just lacks basic social skills idk. The staff in general is very rude if you are trying to sell something and not much better if you are buying.

The people that work here are awesome. Very kind and honest. My first experience at a pawn shop and it went better than I could have ever expected. They were more than willing to work with me and I left with some money in my pocket. They have a great selection of electronics and musical equipment too!

Bought a tablet a few months back for $100, kept it in good condition. I took it in to see how much I could get and they offered me $10. Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful they offered anything, but Cashland is very stingy. I know a lot of people try to scam them but they need to work better when it comes to pricing and offering money. Just my opinion.

Went in to see what kind of selection they had on Canon cameras and lens. Was greeted and helped promptly even though ever employee was with a customer. They don't seem to have a lot of items for sale like most pawn shops I have visited before. But they display and keep items they do have for sale very nicely. The store was clean and well maintained. Prices are also very good on the items I seen. They also have a layaway plan.

I went in to pay the interest on my pawn. They were really sweet and helpful. I really like the group that is working there now.

You are required to "show" an ID, even for cash purchases. Because all transactions must go thru an account. I will provide ID when I use CC , but not on a $19 cash purchase and I don't want to be in your data base when your accounts get hacked.
