I can not sing enough praise for Jim and Tabby at our local LoanDepot office! They go above and beyond to get all clients to the closing table and specialize in helping make homeownership possible for those who traditional lenders wouldn’t help. Any time they have issues they work to resolve them so that everyone is happy with the end result. If you need help finding a lender who cares about you and your unique situation, they should be a local go to!

Received a refinance letter in the mail and called to get a rate. After 15 minutes on the phone with the 'loan agent' asking a ton of personal questions, he insisted he pull credit before giving me any basic rate info. I hung up. Wasted time! Use a local lender!!!

Jim and Tabatha have been very professional throughout this whole thing, and answered any dumb questions I had (where there were plenty of!). I would recommend Jim and Tabatha to anyone interested in buying a home. It's getting harder to find professionals in any field nowadays, but these two personify that.
