Terrible experience. The manager Kenya spitefully stopped my personal loan. I do not recommend this place.

The staff treated me with respect , concern, answered my questions , and worked diligently to get the task completed!

Very Friendly, knows the business, great customer service, and reliable.

The entire loan process was quick and easy. What I didn't like is that I was told they had a $100 loan/application fee. Upon arrival it turned out to be much more. The 2nd surprise was the APR was not as quoted either.

Please read this I have been paying double the interest on a 10,000 loan it's such a horrible thing they are basically charging me 40 percent which is insane avoid taking a loan out with this place at all cost. It's completely unfair I'm actually having my lawyer contact them today I've been paying 320 a month for 2 years and called and asked what my payoff was if I payed it today they told me 8000. I've already paid over 8000 in two years and they say I still owe 30 months. Complete Bs

I am so disappointed. Adrianna was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I wish she had a better attitude because I was ready to do business with them. Unfortunately it did not work out solely due to her hanging up the phone on me. Waste of my time and theirs smh.

I had a wonderful experience with One Main. Zach made the process easy. He was caring and personable! Definitely a customer for life.

Adriana was a complete professional...very informative and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Customer service was top notch
