Settlers Bank, Marietta, OH

A local and friendly bank, sat down with my year old daughter and they were very accommodating for us while I opened an account. The staff has always been friendly and has a very warm and home-like feel to it. For anyone who is looking to bank locally where you're still treated decently, I'd highly recommend Settlers over Peoples any day.

Bought my first home with them and recently bought my second home and had to go through another bank...there's no comparison between the two processes I had to go through. Settlers was MUCH easier and way less stressful. I was very happy with their process and the customer service I received. No matter who I spoke to, they were always kind and helpful.

It's a great bank with great people and great service! I have been thanking with Settlers for many years and could not imagine using any other.

I thought this was a great bank. I do the banking for our business account there and because I'm not a signer on the account, I can't order deposit slips over the phone. I have done this numerous times before with no hassle. Needless to say, I will never do my personal business there.

Always friendly and super easy to work with. 3 generations deep banking with them and don't plan to stop any time soon.

I'm about to pull my money and switch banks. Last couple of times I've sat in the drive through. Pushed call teller a couple of times in a 10 minute span. Nobody helps. I've drove off TWICE! It's ridiculous. I'm the only one in the drive through and have been here several minutes. Pushed the call button twice. She and He clearly see me. Hasn't acknowledged me or greeted me... hasn't said I will be with you in a second. It's gone so downhill... and I'm about to take my money somewhere else.
