Overall not a bad little pawn shop. Has a pretty good selection of all types of electronics , from tvs, to laptops, to video game devices . A good place to find a used guitar as well. Prices vary , depending on what items you're looking for, and they are even willing to negotiate with you on certain items, depending on how long they have been for sale. The staff is over-all pretty friendly, and fairly knowledgeable about the items they are selling.

Great service and a friendly staff. Nicki helped get me the money I needed to pay a bill quickly. I heard them helping other customers and they were very understanding and helpful. It's usually a stressful thing having to visit a pawn shop in the situation I was in but they made it easy. I will definitely visit this location again.

After being a customer and always paying my loans in full. A new girl decided she will talk to me like in retarded. The mmanager tried to take care of the situation and the new girl had to pop off at the mouth again. And said "well maybe you shouldn't come here." I looked at her and told her "you know she's right! Cancel that out I won't be back!". So you lost the business another installment loan because you can't keep that little wench in line and let her talk down to a customer and run her mouth to a customer. I would NOT recommend this cash advance place to anyone. At least until I get a phone call and an apology. But rest assured I will be urging everyone to stay away. Get a shock collar for the stray dog who barks and treats people so poorly. I maybe disabled. But unlike her I have 2 college degrees. Just a heads up.. This has been taken care of. I was misinformed of the other mangers name.. Justina is awesome and she was totally unaware of the situation. However the moment she heard she contacted me. At least someone cares!

Tried to take back a TV we bought and a rude woman with brown hair tried to tell my husband she couldnt take it back because the remote it came with wasn't the original. Mind you they sold us a cheap universal remote with it when we bought it because THEY didn't have the original. After he showed her the receipt with the universal remote she tried to tell us she couldnt take it back because it had "roach dropping" on it. We DO NOT have roaches, or any sort od bugs in our house and she continued being nasty and rude about the entire ordeal. She then discarded our receipt and when I went in to get it she "didn't have the key." Don't come here, avoid at all costs. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Pawnshops are usually kind of a sad affair, but the saddest thing about this place is that the employees are trashier than the clientele. There is one lady in particular that is an outright sociopath. Have witnessed her barking random 'rules' at people a couple times and figured they were doing something shady. Then she did it to me while as I was about to ask to pull something from the case to buy. Like yikes people.

this shop is great. remember that mostly poor people come here. so dont worry about the reviews!

If you're looking for buy a simple firearm DONT. I paid $20 for layaway since they had to do a background check. Every week I would call to see if it came back their answer? No. Then I finally get a call today from them thinking it finally came back after a whole month of waiting. Nope it was them telling me I had to make a payment on this or I would lose the item. So I asked if my background came back thinking that's why they would want an additional payment. They told me it expired yet they still wanted me to pay for something I couldn't even own. This place is a scam. Stay away from it you'd have better luck at an actual gun shop paying full price.
